Since I mentioned in a previous post that the holiday season can be stressful (The holiday season isn’t always happy, go lucky), I thought it was important to talk about solutions. Dealing with life’s challenges means dealing with stress.  Everyone has a different way that works for them.  I’ve realized exercise really helps me focus stress in a positive way. I also can find it hard to “find the time” to hit the gym.  It doesn’t always take an hour plus to burn off stress.  Sometimes just taking a few minutes for yoga helps also.
