My Story.

Be brave. I always thought that meant having no fear. Growing up, I tried to be brave.

I stuffed all the fear and insecurity down deep inside. On the outside my teachers said, I was such a well adjusted kid even though on the inside I was very afraid. As an adult, I pushed myself to get over my emotions and find solutions to any problems. So on the outside, my career blossomed. On the outside, I had a beautiful home and nice car. On the outside, it looked one way but on the inside, fear and insecurity had taken root.

Over the years, I experienced healing and leaned into my relationship with the Creator. Then in December of 2018, I felt led to leave the executive role at a boutique advertising agency in San Francisco. One that had moved my family across the country. I was about to do what I thought I would NEVER, ever do. Leave a job without having another one. I wasn’t sure what was next, but I knew that I wanted to help people by sharing my experiences: building a successful career, healing from sexual abuse, finding love after a divorce, navigating single parenting, processing grief, all of it: the good, bad, and the ugly. I felt at my core if I could find a way to do this I could make a lasting impact on people’s lives. As with any journey, there have been twists and turns, until finally, I realized I needed to do for myself what businesses had been paying me to do for them… Go through a transformation process.

There are 6 steps to this transformational process, and as I walked through the steps I had my Ah! Moment. I’m ON mission to create content and stories that align with truth and enable people to walk in confidence. My mantra emerged: Fear Less. Love More. Live Abundantly.

Even in the times that I wasn’t leaning into God, He was watching over me. But, how much sweeter life is now that I am pursuing God daily which is why I wrote a devotional.
